Over the past few weeks Lives of Colour founder Florence Nyasamo has had the pleasure of talking to BBC News England about the importance of cultural change within British institutions.
Following the suspension of Cheltenham Councillor Dennis Parsons for repeatedly using racial slurs during council meetings, Florence was asked why BAME people are underrepresented in council positions and what needs to be done to create a cultural change.
